DJ Relocations provides relocation assistance for Chinese students moving to the UK. Our services include property search and rental assistance, utility setup, council tax exemption applications, tenancy agreement reviews, and deposit recovery support. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with DJ Relocations.

2. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required to confirm any service and must be made before we begin providing assistance.

• Payment is processed securely through third-party payment gateways like Stripe or PayPal.

• Services are confirmed via email upon receipt of payment.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Requests to cancel a service must be made within 24 hours of purchase to receive a full refund, provided no work has commenced.

• If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a full refund may still be provided, but only if no work has commenced on your request.

• Once work has begun, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Liability Disclaimer

DJ Relocations is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or services, including delays, errors in documentation, or disputes with landlords, estate agents, or utility providers.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through negotiation or arbitration under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

DJ Relocations may contact you via email, phone, WhatsApp, or WeChat regarding your service requests. Marketing communications will only be sent with your explicit consent.
